Trying to pick a picture for your Christmas card is so hard. When you have three little ones you are lucky if they are looking at the camera. Here is our attempt to spread Christmas joy to our family and friends.

Kade's look of despair is quite humorous. Alex has also lost it.
This was our first pick for a Christmas card. However, with Alex sitting her head is barley in the picture on a photo card.
This was our second choice and also our Christmas card for this year. (With Steve's hand missing of course).
This was taken after all the photos were made and we had decided that hopefully we had enough. Poor Alex was pooped out by all the posing and photo taking.

okay, this had me cracking up, angela!! it brought me back to my childhood when my MA would try to get all 5 of her kids to smile for the x-mas pic. and there was always one of us that was howling or scowling or screaming bloody murder. my sisters and i will get the old photos out now and have a good laugh about it all.

I love the progression of getting "the perfect picture" We took about 40 pictures of Jamie to get one where she doesn't have a total look of dispair on her face! haha. We decided to just wish people Merry Christmas and send out a birth announcement in January. I hope that isn't too bah-hum-bug-ish?!?!

Nothing quite like the controlled chaos of Christmas card shoots, huh? I enjoyed the succession of photos and the final result is adorable.
