September is now our favorite month to vacation at the beach. Not only are the rates so much cheaper, but there was no one there. We almost had the place to ourselves then Saturday came and everyone arrived for the weekend. We had a great time! We headed to Panama City Beach. Hurricane Ike made things a little crazy. The wind was blowing 25+mph. On Thursday and Friday you could not even walk on the beach because the waves were all the way up to the steps down to the sand. The news reported that waves in the area were 12-16ft! YIKES!!! On Saturday you were able to go back to the beach but the waves were still rough. I had so many pics to post that I just choose to do a slide show. Hope you enjoy!

I loved all of the pictures. I feel the same way about Sept vaca's! there were sooo many good pics of the kids. They are getting so big, I can't believe it! Especially Little Miss...it looks like she is almost as tall as Luke! And I loved the pic of the boys on the couch gaming!
Ahhh...there's nothing like summer vacation!!!! I love all the pics & there is absolutely nothing sweeter than kiddies playing on the beach. It looks like everyone had a great time! Now back to reality.

Wow, Alex and Luke are growing up before our eyes! Looks like despite Ike, y'all still had a wonderful time.
